Don't need to worry about the contract. Just select the car you want from the Gold Choice area and drive to the exit gate, where a new contract will be printed. At that point we will know that you are not taking your original car and will remove the original contract. In many airports, we are trialing only printing the contracts at the exit gates so as to avoid this kind of potential confusion all together..........
Yesterday at Hertz denver airport i got one of the worst car/suvs ever and when I tried to change it there were not any cars in the same category so i got stuck with it. Of course I talked to the manager and he couldn't care less about it. The only thing he did was try to sell me another SUV for another 100 plus per day.... incredible.. ... VERY DISAPPOINTED . Thanks god I am a gold member and my company has a "very special" relationship with Hertz and we rent a LOT from them...
