Which card did you apply for? I don't remember if I got a letter from them before my CSP card came in, but one would think it should mention Preferred.

Did you remember what the offer was for? Was it $3K spend in 3 months for 40K points (which is CSP) or $500 in 3 months for 10K points (which is the regular Sapphire)?
