Hello William, great report. One of your best so far as it was a very interesting and entertaining read.

It's quite funny how you ended up being booked on all three alliances. Were you able to claim your miles for the original BA flights? Also did you earn any miles on your KLM and LX flights.

The SWISS Business Class product looks great as always, although I must agree that the lounges at ZRH could be improved, at least the food which is basically just mac 'n cheese all week long.
