2012 was a year of serious food porn for me, but the one that definitely stood out was Noma. Had a nice reunion with a bunch of friends I hadn't seen in a while so we decided to do it big.

Believe the hype. What they were able to do with different flavors, and blending them into one dish was absolutely incredible. There were 7 or 8 dishes that just blew my mind.

Honorable mention goes to La Rosetta in Rome, the best pure seafood meal I've ever had.
