You´ll definitely earn a minimum of 50% status miles on flights operated by Air Canada (regardless of whether it´s booked under a LH/AC/LX/OS/whatever flight number) as that´s the minimum accruel rate for AC operated flights on int´l routes.

AC and LH have alligned most of their fare classes (but not all of them), so there´s a reasonable chance LH V will translate into AC V (=100% miles). Even if it doesn´t I´d be surprised if it translated into anything less than AC S which would still earn 100% miles.
