Eventful! I've only tried Swiss's longhaul biz product once, and I liked it, but I know what you mean about lacking character. It's all very efficient and tasteful and... businesslike, I suppose. I found the new seat made a decent bed, which was my main concern at the time, as it was an eastbound transat.

On the other hand, I found Swiss first really did have a sense of character and unique style. The female FAs in the F cabin were probably in their 50s but had the most marvellous mix of extreme professionalism with real humour and warmth. So maybe you need to upgrade yourself to F somehow for the next flight
