My offer was not showing up in my account, so I contacted MR via online chat. The rep told me I was registered for the 15/20 night promo. Unfortunately, this won't benefit me with this quarter's planned travel.
I asked the online chat rep to switch me to a 2 or 3 free night offer instead but was told no, and told to direct my request to another email address instead (
[email protected]). Contacted MR there and was told no again.
May give it one more try via telephone, but if that doesn't work will probably switch over to SPG or HH for the spring.
Oh, and the offer is *still* not showing up in "My Promotions" when I log into my MR account. Go figure...
