As for your question C0 is the correct answer. As is stated in the
AA section for the Help of the Award & Upgrades results page.
For AA Upgrades, married segment logic does not apply, therefore to get the most accurate results, upgrade searches should be done segment by segment.
In addition it also states:
When searching for award/upgrade inventory to a destination that AA doesn't fly to, it is best to only do the search for segments that AA itself operates, and not include the segments that it doesn't. This will insure the most accurate results.
Since AA does not operate the LHR-FCO segment, it should be excluded from an AA award/upgrade search.
