I buy something at least once a month via the portal- Points post properly about 95% of the time. Sometimes it is a bit of work to call AGR to fix things but the outcome has always been positive.
My only complaint is, it seems they keep lowering the amount of points offered by certain merchants, especially after I really take advantage of the offer.
My thought is "If you are going to punish me for using your business too much, then why did you offer it in the first place?" Frustrating!!
