Just because they have sent out plastic cards and booklets for 2013 already does not preclude that they might be making 11th hour changes to the 2013 MP program. Would they perhaps wait a few extra days to announce such possible changes when finalized, or start the program and then a few days later announce several new changes? The new Premier status earned in 2012 for 2013 began when achieved in 2012 and carries through for 2013 until a higher Premier status might be earned in 2013. Persons are already receiving 2012 MP program Premier benefits for Premier status earned in 2012. Last year, they extended 2011 benefits until the 2012 program was official.
