One segment I'll probably take is NRT-SEA on 2/23, and the flight number is UA876.

Yes, you are right. The NRT-SEA looks like it will be the Old 777 configuration with looped PTVs. However as with every airline there could be a chance of a last minute change and you might get upgraded to the newer 777s.
