How come you've never been blue or silver? Don't you need to start with blue before progressing to silver, then gold? Am I missing something?
2 possibilities
1. Status match with another frequent flier program
2. Lots of trips in J or F in a very short period and then joined skywards and miles added to account(I don't know if this is still possible)
