If you have a booking confirmation
and an e-ticket number, you should be fine. If the Alitalia MMB is saying "
Your ticket hasn't been issued and the booking expires on DD MMM YY", then that appears to be a known glitch:

Looking at
matrix.itasoftware.com, it seems that the €168 CDG-FCO-CTA and vv fare on AZ is in 'O' on all 4 sectors.
AZ earning rates on FB are on the
FlyingBlueNews website (and in this thread:
FB Earning Rates On SkyTeam Partners). And yes, it seems 0 will earn you 50% on international, and 0% on domestic...
