Just thought about 2 more weird episodes.

One was being married but just visiting USA and his family.

We were told to stand in 2 different lanes with 1 custom form as we were married. I had the custom form and that made immigration angry at both of us but we were still told only 1 form.
Later when I had immigrated they wanted my then 5 year old son to fill out his own custom form. He had a different last name and could not fill out and sign the form.
He never had to fill the form.
