My itinerary appears to be O on all 4 segments. I find it strange that on a same trip a same booking class would give miles on one segment and not the next. However I cannot find my trip on AF site to see how AF interprets it.
I guess I will get at least 2 segments and 50% miles on the two longer segments.

Slightly off topic AZ allows seat selection when booking, free of charge, enabling me to get the front of the plane.
