Will this be because they have actually already been selected (which I think would be surprising so far in advance), or are they likely to be opened for selection nearer the flight date?
I expect that they are being held back to see how big the CE load will be on the plane before they decide whether to use the WT+ seats for CE or ET seating. They wouldn't all be actually occupied so far in advance!
In fact, rows 10-13 are shown as blocked on expertflyer (WT+ seats), as are rows 16 and 17 (WT seats). Row 18 is the first row allowing seat selection and 6 of those 7 seats already appear to have been selected!
I'm not clear on why rows 16 and 17 would be blocked - they couldn't be used for CE anyway....maybe it's just automated that 6 rows get blocked at this stage.
