T-8 is generally not that bad for immigration in my experience at least as a US citizen. But with as someone earlier said, it proably just depends on when you hit it.

It's not really a reason to choose an airline between AA or BA go with the schedule/price that works best. It could be a toss up at either one depending on the day.
