Yes, although note that the OLCI system seems to limit you to the number of times you can complete the OLCI process. After about six times through, it seems to error out and tell you to visit an airport agent to complete your check-in.
And this is when you complete the process- if you only go as far as the seat map it should work longer IIRC.
