My point is that you can have a bad flight with any airline. If it's consistently bad, then you have a big right to complain, but the issues you raised were pretty minor IMO - and hopefully just a one off.
Thinking back over my flight history, I can only recall one really bad flight. That was on BA in F class - and boy did I rant on the BA forum

Out of 6, that one flight was the only one where I felt short changed.
On one other EK flight our boarding zone was the last one called & I was near the end of the queue.
Anyway, I couldn't fit my carry on case anywhere. An FA got annoyed and said I must put the case in an overhead locker, despite it being obvious I was looking for space. She came back quite quickly and with a louder tone said I had to stow it for takeoff. I asked whether there was space anywhere else.
She huffed and walked away, then a second FA approached me and offered to put the case in a crew locker at the rear of the plane. At the end of the flight, the (second) FA brought the case back to my seat just before the exit scrum began. In that case, it was clear it was one bad FA & the other one definitely made up for it by going over and above what I'd expected.
