Did they actually switch the plane, or just the seat map? I was tracking that flight for a colleague a couple of weeks ago, and even though the mobile site indicated all along that her plane was slotted to be new config the seat map didn't flip until a couple of days out.
Right now the next 7 are slotted to be ship #s 23xx or 29xx (though some of those are 2999).
