Only F and certain status passengers can bring in a guest. Business class ticket allows access only to the holder.
I am not saying that you won't get access at the connecting point but the rules are not very clear in this regard, and some agents may construe them as allowing access only before the actual F flight, although I'd think that same benefits should be extended at all points of the journey.
