I've never had decent scrambled eggs on a plane, but I've only had F breakfast once on BA, usually CW. I have had fantastic poached eggs on QF domestic J, so it is possible at 30,000ft.

The easiest and best method to poach an egg is Delia's.
I know it's terribly out of fashion to cook anything Delia's way, but to put a modern twist on it, you don't need to be too fussy about the timing, or the boil rate, just "bosh the eggs in the boiling water, leave 'em for abaut a minute, turn the heat off and leave them in the water for 10 minutes".

No bag, or fancy poacher/boiler needed.

I was very sceptical at first, but I tried it and very time since, and it works, perfect eggs every time.^
