I'm taking into account my own experience and that of family/friends too. Emirates is definitely on the downhill. I flew with them around 2001 and they were excellent. DXB's T1 was open & it was a breeze.
Now the flight attendants just run to the rear of the plane after take-off and chat to each other for most of the flight whilst ignoring passenger calls.
The last flight I was on, passengers were left with meal trays for more than an hour after they'd finished. Passenger calls were completely ignored. T3 at DXB is a complete shambles.
I've quoted the above from the other thread... this really does read as if you are a frequent EK flyer, and not just based on a single flight, over a year ago.
Just as a point of interest... how many EK Y flights have you taken in total, and how many QR Y (who you were comparing EK with)?
