Thanks all for sympathy. Can anyone suggest the right email address to use which might result in a response?

And sfogate, yes, they did ask, and did try to reroute - and there was about 2.5 hours, so I had high hopes. And I believe that the contractor of the contractor delivery service does claim to deliver on weekends, but didn't feel like it. Or something. Because they claimed that they would do so, but then didn't.
