You will be happy then. It's Down Under animal story night for CNN US: an Australian dog drunk on vodka -- at least it can't get behind the wheels and give yet more cause to wanting to routinely wear a seat-belt in a car whenever possible prior to moving.

That said, I don't always wear a seat-belt when in a moving car; however, I do wear them more often in countries where I have a home than in countries where I am visiting. I certainly haven't always worn a belt in New Zealand -- the buses don't all have seat-belts, but I wasn't fined despite there being police who could see into the buses quite easily.
