You may have missed post 23 where I mentioned I have paid and have moved on. My post thereafter are merely for discussion.

Thanks
Also, my comments are not justification of my actions, I plainly stated in post 92 I agree with seatbelt safety

"Belt up!!!!!"
Despite my lapse in judgement or ignorance of local law! I could not agree more.
True, wearing a seat belt in the rear seat is not an action I would normally take as I am seldom in the rear seats. Some have stated that it 'obvious' to wear a rear seatbelt in New Zealand and in many other countries. However, it is not obvious on a world wide scale even. Anyone who has travelled knows that many countries do not enforce nor is it obvious that the general public cares for these safety measures; laws or no laws. Even in a country like New Zealand and Australia there are still those who do not care for seatbelt laws. I am sure it is the same in UK and I know there are resisters in the US. Thus the reason I stated that the seatbelt campaign is ongoing.

On a separate note, I have tried my best to express my opinion in a cordial way. I have called no one foolish as you just called me. If you disagree with my thoughts by all means challenge the opinion or idea - not me.
