That fare offered almost complete flexibility, too - change date, time, route, add or drop segments, etc. for a very modest fee ($25 or $50 before last year's price increase). Asia isn't like that?
As of now most segments are to be booked in K. Only domestic Argentina segments are booked in B. B is too high a class to be booked in general for such passes.
