The terms and conditions are inconsistent with respect to existing reservations. They say both:

1. Promotional registration is required before purchasing and taking flight and only tickets purchased (following promotional registration) on or after January 22, 2013, will qualify for this bonus.

AND

2. New and existing reservations and tickets will be eligible as long as round-trip flights are flown within the qualification period and after promotional enrollment.
