I think 10,000 Avios is the going rate for a faulty IFE in CW or is it 15,000?

I once got a cheque rather than a e-voucher for around the same amount for something I can't remember which. As it was in £ cashing it would have been a problem here so I asked if it would be possible to exchange it for miles instead and they agreed. I sent the cheque back and was given a very generous amount of miles in its place.
