Welcome to FlyerTalk, LoyalBA, and welcome to the BA forum. I suspect you may have come to the right place, so please stay around and help contribute to this resource, which is only as good as the posters who make it happen.

You make a good point, unless I happen to be on your 747, in which case it's a lousy seat, very noisy, lots of light etc. If I'm not on your 747 then it's a great seat for a single traveller.

Having said that, a sense of proportion may be wise! The upper deck seats are all good really, 64k is not bad either, as are the A and K seats in row 62. So I would not fret too much, you will get a good flight. 60A is still a good seat if the other seats are not available, and the difference between 60A and 64A is really not enormous.

Now something is clearly happening for all these emails to go out, and I haven't a clue about it. I've not received any such emails (yet) despite having a lot of 747 trips coming up. So I'm none the wiser what's behind this, unless some software upgrade glitch is causing it all.
