My husband tweeted British Airways and they said
"there are times we have to make operational adjustments but we are not aware of any major seating system issues"
he then suggested they check these forums to see the seat change issues which seem to be more than apparent in many situations.
Sorry but that is a load of complete and utter codswallop.
Why can't they just man up and admit they had a monumental IT cock-up with the seating and appologise!
Instead they just give everyone the "operational reasons" canned response!
