eVoucher instead of Avios?
Hello

On a recent flight with BA the IFE Screen and the Headphones were not working correctly. After a short email to BA to complain they offered me an eVoucher for £125 to use on my next flight with BA.

Is this normal and the correct level of compensation?

My flight details were:

LHR to MAA
Club World
Silver Member
