If on the 28L ILS PRM and the AA on the 28R LDA PRM, the AA or BA may have entered the NTZ (non transgression zone) if so a 'breakout instruction' would have been issued. As the LDA requires a visual handflown segment, it is more likely that they infringed. Or a runway may have been blocked by slow moving traffic. Not a near miss. The go-around and breakout proceedures are designed to avoid just that.
