Yep. Some travel agents I've dealt with have been great, others...
well, I've told them
exactly what I wanted down to route, flight number, fare class and fare basis, even checked the availability and gave them the fare rules - so that the
only thing they had to do was enter what I gave them into the system and click book, and they
still tried to do something different.
