Has anyone here tried to do an Y to J upgrade using Lifemiles for revenue tickets on *A carriers such as SQ/LX/NH?

Failed to find any information on the eligible fare class and procedures for this?

Can the upgrade be done thru the website? Or must it be thru the call centre?
