I'm hoping someone from BA can find out what is going on and let us know. One of the things that makes this worse is the total lack of consistent, coherent information coming from BA. Has there been a change in policy in any way? If it was a computer glitch, why now and why are some still having issues while others appear to have had their situation resolved?
All very disconcerting. BA should be actively managing this. But I'm not seeing anything even approaching that.
