I usually try and stay at Air NZ partner hotels. They allocate air dollars to your account and they only do it after you ring up and complain and they show up 6 month later. Stll waiting on a stay in NPN last August.
Anyone else have differculties?
Cannot be legal to offer points and not allocte them to the customer?
I also register my air point scard number on arrival.
