Found another 757 replacement...at least an hour and a half with four to five guys and a ladder working on the nose gear. Got us to JAC about three hours late. Return 1/17 Thurs. afternoon, one hour delay, possible MX; UA personnel on ground, and flight crew apologetic, but "vague" about the reason for the delay. (Don't scare the kettles?) I love the 75s' sizable BF cabin, its power, and looks, but this recent experience makes me wonder is it becoming a maintenance "hog" for UA? What are other FTers' thoughts and recent experiences on this?
