Its been at least 4 days since I submitted my request and still nothing. Has anyone encountered this lately? Who would I contact regarding this? I am currently a 1K through January 31st and then downgraded to Gold but I would like to receive this before the end of the month.

Well, I guess I can always just pay for it on my own credit card and then try to get a $$ off coupon for UA or whatever the alternative route is. Just seems like a lot of hassle to go through all that.
The poster who claimed customer service couldn't help has discouraged me from calling. I'm curious has anyone had a long wait and managed to speed things up by calling?
