If you go to the site and call, turns out you can get 3% off on your groceries if you buy over $5,000 at a time, doesn't sound huge ($180 on $5,000)
but if you add the Amex BCP 6% upto $6,000 it's not too bad. 6% + 3% = 9% if you prepaid for your groceries

I'm pretty sure you can make smaller gift cards with the transaction then you should be fine to hand them out to friends and family if your feeling nice. Then this maxes out your BCP for the year exactly at $6,000 so you won't waste ANY rewards from any other cards
thought I would add you could probably give $6,000 worth of gift cards to charity and keep the 9% cash back , and use the donation for tax write off for tax season
