Annoying, as I paid the money specifically for that seat (although 64A was the other one I would have considered paying for). I will be interested what information others come up with.
I think we should be due a refund if we don't get the seats we specifically paid for, but I really want to be upstairs and if I ask for a refund then I can see myself ending up on the main deck, so I'm not sure how I will deal with it.

same problem same flight on April .
Spoken with EC and have been told that those seats are blocked and if I am not happy with the seats they assigned to me, I could have been refund but would have lost the seats and have risked not to find another place on UD.....
