Unless you make it known to cabin crew that it is your honeymoon, they will have no idea. A note in your booking will most likely not be read by anyone. I'm pretty sure the passenger manifest doesn't list these notes, its only displayed when the full booking is opened by the likes of checkin staff.
I would not expect anything, but have a good holiday.
Ah memories. In 1974 when we were leaving on our honeymoon on a Viva 16 day West Coast USA trip there was a strike likely so they decided to move our group out a day early. We were getting married the night before the original date and so we were rebooked seperately from the group and flew the next day.
Our flight was on Pam Am and on each leg SYD-HNL and HNL-LAX we were given a cake and bottle of champagne. Obviously someone had noted the reason for our changed flight.
