From JFK, took the train to the subway (A line) and dropped us off a few blocks from the hotel. Saved some money...sweet.

Checked in around 930 AM - no problem...upgraded to Club level...no suites...but didnt care since they let us check-in early. Elevator key card was broken, so didnt use it entire length of stay (3 days). Keys didnt work, went back down, new keys given....keys didnt work, engineering came up...moved us to a different room. The keys in general suck here...takes several tries for the club lounge, gym, and pool...everytime. Elevators are fast (4 elevators).

Everyone was nice...offerings in the lounge are basic but sufficient for a snack...afterall there is pizza and cheesecake to be eaten.

Staff was all around nice. Hotel in good location. Aloft is next door so you could swap nights if needed.

Needed to be in Brooklyn...would come back as the Triple AAA rate is great for weekend stays.
