Yeah, but don't you have to consider the context in which any hotel operates? The fact that Encore in particular (which is much better in service than the Bellagio in my opinion) can maintain its level of service given the number of rooms and operational challenges definitely warrants a high rating, in my view. I don't know what criteria AAA uses, but surely the service style is different in Las Vegas versus a 20-room boutique property.
