yes, as per the new rules it will take 3-4 days to get activated....

will you be traveling for work or holiday????if its work then you can ask your work colleagues in india to get one for you....if its for holiday then ask your hotel to help out....of course both can refuse to get one in advance for you as you need to sign the application form to get a sim....
