Making matters worse is that I have 2 days tacked on to our next trip at a Ritz using 2 free night certs from MY account. Necessitating check in and check out....it would certainly be easier if everything was in my name.
You are correct only the hotel can change a Marriott Rewards number in a "GNR"...reservations can change the name though (One MARSHA has a MR# in a record she doesn't like to change it however the hotel PMS system can override this)
