People who write:
"Enjoy our weekly changing three course dinner with a choice of meet and fish."
are not only personally illiterate but nor are they properly selected, trained, supervised, supported.... In other words, their management is lacking and un-educated.

I see such signs as possibe weaknesses in terms of service delivery and hotel safety. Safety. Security. Illiterates in charge of the FD are not reassuring bastions of security.

And your point, since you are blind to such basics, now, what that would that be?
