Looking at the list you have already been to, you may want to try:

- Switzerland - Alps, hiking - fly DL to ZRH
- Ecuador/Galapagos Islands - fly DL to Quito (UIO)
- Peru (Cuzco, Machu Picchu) - fly DL to LIM
- Eastern Europe - DL to PRG or ST partners to BUD or OTP or WAW, etc.
