Actually this does raise one more question.

I have a WT (Q) from LHR to JFK booked for April, I've not yet upgraded this one at all so what is the best method? Do I have any route up to CW using combinations of paid upgrades to WT+ & Avios to CW or is a paid to WT+ my only option?
