There are Junior Suites which overlook the Tuileries, but this view is not guaranteed. Unless you have a personal FHR agent, I would suggest dealing directly with the hotel reservations department rather than Amex.
Alternatively, consider rebooking with a Virtuoso agent. Le Meurice and other Paris hotels offer better benefits through Virtuoso than you will get with Amex Platinum FHR. I don't know about Centurion.
